I have one Panterra 90 once they are fixed up a little they haul ass. mine has had the shit kicked out of it and it still runs fine. You will need 750mls of oil in the tranny you can also use the dipstick as a guide. Go on ebay and buy a stock crf50 pipe, it fits on but you will need to make a bracket to hold it on tightly. If you want an exact fit pipe, buy a pro-circuit t-4 system for a Honda xr-70, these fit perfectly and seem almost like they were made to fit the bike, you still need to use a little English to get it to bolt up ;-) Also buy a Takegawa head breather, this will allow you to rev the bike up faster and higher.Buy a new UNI pod filter and scrap the old airbox assembly it is no good. To start it just flip the chock and kick, once it starts turn the choke back off and ride (don't forget the break in period) Just another quick note the bikes top end has the same bore as a 70cc (47mm) but has a longer crank (49.5 instead of the stock 41.4) therefore it is a 86cc bike instead of a 72cc.

There souldnt be a battery on the 90cc bike, is it the airbox you are seeing? The bike is kick start only. Try getting a new spark plug, a NGK C6HSA. Your oil depends on your location, colder climates 70 degrees and lower should use 10w-30 higher temps like west coast usually takes 10w-40. most of the time you can use the rule 10w-anything.

i have a question regarding the throttle assembly pictured on your bike. Is that stock or something else? The one on my 49cc broke and i was wondering what you had. I'm considering trying one from a pw 80. any help you can give is appreciated.

My throttle assembly is a Parts Unlimited universal set up. It is a mock-up of one off a Honda CR. You can pick one up at your local dealer for around $20 bucks, just ask for a universal throttle kit, it comes with a aluminum throttle assembly and a new throttle cable.

when i kick start it i hear like a bearing spin what is this? Also seems like no spark?

you shouldn't hear any bearing spin, i don't know what that is! For spark buy a new plug NGK C6HSA and check that all your connections are plugged together.

If your not getting spark, it might be the pick sensor or ignition coil on the stator plate. Check to see if your getting power out of your motor. I have an extra new one I can sell you.

How much oil should go in a 70cc Chinese knock off? Also I do not have neutral when the bike is running any idea why this is?

The bikes are hard to put into nuetral when running. Engine oil should be 750ml.

I don't like how the seat looks near the end of it. All tall and then flat. So I took mine apart and cut it to look a little more modern.
