Xr400r stator

Post by James 00 » Wed May 31, 2017 12:56 pm

I have an 2000 xr400r mostly stock... I want to put lights on the bike turn signals stop light and 18w led spot light... will the stock stator hold the power? I think the stock is 90watt... and if I did my math right adding lights will draw around 75 to 80 watts total I'm wondering if that is ok?

I would guess if your taillight and signals are all LED, you shouldn't see a problem.
