JetsRUs.com has the jets and the D bit for the pilot screw. DT1Filters.com has the best filters I've seen.

Would love a part number list for any parts or tools for anything involved,I have no specific bike tools, while I am mechanically inclined I am no bike expert, first bike in about 15 years, rode a lot when I was younger,so all laymen advise is greatly appreciated.
I can't wait!
Thanks

You'll find jets here: http://jetsrus.com/a_jet_kit_dirt/honda ... 2-2009.htm

Note that there are 2 sizes of pilot jet, mine has the 23.5mm short version. The bottom of that page has the D shaped pilot bit which you'll need to adjust the pilot.

You'll need screwdrivers (various phillips and straight), I think 10/12/14mm wrenches or sockets. Messing with carbs is fairly easy, however they also have some delicate bits that if messed up can be a problem so be prepared to take your time.
