Instructions for submitting videos to the 4Strokes.com Video Gallery:

1. Upload your video to a video hosting Website: YouTube, Google Video, StreetFire, MySpace, etc. Basically any video hosting Website that provides embed code so your video can be used elsewhere on the Internet.

2. Once you click the "I Agree" button below, on the next page you will need to provide a Title for your video, your Name, your Email Address in case of problems, the Video Code or a link to your video, a Description of the video, select a Category from the drop-down menu, enter Form Validation code, and Submit the form. We will create a thumbnail image for your video.

The following are guidelines for submitting videos to the 4Strokes.com Video Gallery:

• We encourage submittal of your own videos.
• Please include as much info as possible for the Video Description.
• We will not post videos that we deem to be promoting or advertising of a Website, product, company, or otherwise.
• We will size your video for the optimal format of our Video Gallery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or modify any info or video submitted.
