is there are hose missing? i am not sure. i did not see anything in the manual. when i turn on the gas it come out this connector

That is where the carb drain hose attaches. If gas is coming out, the screw in the picture is the bowl drain screw and is probably open.

2005 XT225 - Dunlop 606 front, Kenda 760 rear, Promoto Billet rack, fuel screw 3 turns out, 130 main, 42.5 pilot, Z1 exhaust mod, 1/2 snorkel,UNI filter, Bill's footpegs.
2006 DRZ250 - Ground out header weld, Dual sport lighting-bike is plated. Promotobillet rack. #15 pilot, #137.5 main (CA carb) airbox opened up. UNI filter, needle shimmed .07"

Either the screw is not seated as mentioned above, or something has got your float stuck causing the overflow to leak out.
